To find the nearest VPBank's branches, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to the Übank app.
Step 2: From the Home screen, choose "Transaction," then select "Find Cash-in."
Step 3: In the Cash-In screen, you can filter VPBank locations due to your demand.
Step 4: Select and get the direction.
You can withdraw money from your Übank account via 2 channels:
1. VPBank's ATMs
2. Other ATMs which connected Mastercard
- To download digital account statement (without stamp): Log in to Ubank app > At the homepage, scroll down to bottom of transaction history and select "All transactions" > Select "Statement" > Enter the statement period you want to check.
- To request account statement with VPBank stamp: Call hotline 1900 2055 and request statement printing. Call Center will receive the request and send the statement to the requested address after 3-5 working days (might take longer depends on your postal area). Statement fee is 33,000 VND/copy (VAT included).
