You can deposit money to Übank account by:
1. Depositing money at any VPBank branches
2. Depositing from Cash Deposit Machine of VPBank
3. Transferring money from other banks to Übank account

Foreign exchange fee for transaction made in foreign currency is: 3.3% transaction amount (including VAT)
Your annual card fee is free.
Your POS & E-commerce transactions are free.
We do not charge any fee on your card issuance. For the re-issuance card, the fee will be 55.000 dongs (including VAT).
The PIN can be easily changed by function “Reset PIN” on Ubank application.
On the Ubank application, you can manage your payment functions:
– Online payment: you can "activate/ deactivate" your online payment by this function.
– Oversea payment: you can "activate/ deactivate" your payment when you go abroad by this function.
You can temporarily lock/unlock the card by the function Lock/Unlock card on the Ubank application.
Your Übank card is available for contactless payment. Please use the card at any merchant that displayed Mastercard contactless payment icon.
You can use the function Hide/Unhide CVC and find your CVC here.
You can use Übank Mastercard oversea at merchants and make cash withdrawal at ATM in Mastercard‘s network
However, according to Circular 17 of the State Bank, from January 1, 2022, you will not be able to transact at international websites and organizations without completing the Video KYC process. Make sure you are eligible or call 1900-2055 for Video KYC support.

Your card can be used for:
1. Withdrawing cash at ATM
2. Shopping online
3. Paying at POS
You can activate your card in 4 steps:
Step 1. Log in to the Ubank application and go to the card management screen
Step 2. Choose: Activate card
Step 3. Input 16 digits of your card number
Step 4. Create a new PIN and confirm the PIN
Your card is ready now for use.
It takes around 3-5 working days for you to receive your physical card. Please pay attention to your phone as the delivery agent calls you & prepares your national ID to receive the card.
Übank card is automatically issued after Übank confirmed that you are successful to open account. It may take 3-5 days to deliver the card to the address you used to register.
